Pounders operated on a bootstrapped budget and a $35k gift from grandma and grandpa Drasko. The food truck’s success enabled Pounders to upgrade to a small 1,500 sf space in North Crestview. Ten years later, we’ve grown to four brick-and-mortar locations across the beautiful Emerald Coast. Even though we have moved out of the food truck and on to less cramped spaces, we remain both humble and ambitious in our search for the intersection of the “Spirit of Aloha” and the “American Dream”.
